We want to provide an update regarding our remittance services.
We were also providing receipts to customers immediately, prior to receiving payment, but this has recently become a challenge keeping track of payments and receipts, especially when payments come several hours or days later.
Going forward, eTransfer will still be supported, but a receipt will only be issued after we've verified a debit card payment in the store. This means that the transaction may be delayed, especially if the store is closed at the time of the transation. Late-night transactions will be delayed to the next morning.
For quickest processing, please come into the store for all remittance services, and pay with a debit card. Cash is not officially supported, and will only be accepted in very rare, emergency cases. Depositing your cash to your bank account is the best way to pay a remittance.
